Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping option.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to the carrier or weather conditions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages lost or returned due to address issues

If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Good Hands Are Hard To Find is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
